Mr. Christopher de Caires is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Henley Management College, United Kingdom. He has over 25 years professional and management consulting experience in Barbados and the wider Caribbean, United Kingdom and Brazil.

He is currently the principal Managing Director of Fednav International Limited, and his areas of expertise include corporate finance, international taxation, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, information systems, organisational design and business planning.

He is Chairman of World Cup Barbados. Mr. de Caires is a former partner of Price Waterhouse, Barbados, where he was responsible for corporate finance, business advisory, corporate secretarial and trust services.
