Mr. Melhado is President & COO of ICD Group. He joined the Manufacturers Group in 1993 and became its CEO in 1995 until its merger with Pan Caribbean. He was responsible for the growth and development of Manufacturers, and led the merger with Sigma to create Manufacturers Sigma Merchant Bank, one of the leading financial and asset management companies locally.

He serves as Chairman of Pan Caribbean Merchant Bank and West Indies Home Contractors Limited and his current directorships include British Caribbean Insurance Company. Peter is a former Vice President of the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica.

He completed a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at McGill University and is a graduate of Columbia Business School with an MBA with a concentration in Finance.
